On jawa, you can deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet by selecting your preferred payment method in the deposit section. You enter the amount, and we generate a payment link or QR code. You complete the payment through your e-wallet app, and the funds appear in your jawa account within seconds. No fees are charged by jawa for e-wallet deposits. During public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may be slightly slower if your bank or e-wallet provider is observing extended closures. If a deposit does not appear after subject to verification, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

If you forget your jawa password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we send a password-reset link to your inbox. Click the link within 2 hours to create a new password. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters and includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you do not receive a reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. Never share your password with anyone, and never click password-reset links from emails you did not request.

Payments and transactions

jawa does not charge deposit fees for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfers. Your e-wallet provider or bank may charge a small transaction fee; we do not control those charges. For withdrawals, jawa also does not charge a fee. Your receiving bank may deduct a small processing charge, depending on your bank. Withdrawal review typically takes 1–2 business days. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond 2 days, contact our support team. We do not charge any hidden fees or surprise account maintenance charges.

We encrypt all data transmitted between your device and jawa servers using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Your KYC documents and financial information are encrypted and access-restricted to authorized staff only. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share data with payment partners (local payment, online payment, e-wallet) to process deposits and withdrawals, and with law enforcement if legally required. Game rules and betting

Before you place your first bet on jawa, read our Terms & Conditions, which cover game rules, betting limits, bonuses (if any), and dispute procedures. Each game section—Live Casino, Sportsbook, Slots—displays its own rules. For live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), dealer decisions and hand rankings are final. For football betting on Liga 1, Piala AFF, and international tournaments, we settle bets within 24 hours of match conclusion. For slots and Aviator, game outcomes are generated by certified random-number generators. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are shown in each game's interface. If you are unsure about a rule, ask our support team before betting.

jawa does not operate a formal loyalty-tier programme at this time. Promotions and rewards are offered periodically and announced in the jawa app or via email. We encourage users to check their account regularly for current offers. Bonus funds, if any are available, come with terms—such as minimum play-through requirements or game restrictions—which are displayed when the bonus is applied. Security and account care

You can reach our jawa support team via in-app chat (available during business hours) or by email. Response times vary, but we aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. For urgent issues such as account lockouts or unauthorized access, email us immediately with your account username and a description of the issue. Do not share your password or full account details in support messages. Our support staff will never ask you for your password. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan and prefer local assistance, email support and mention your city; we will direct your request accordingly.
Service availability and jurisdiction notice
